Clear quotes

Lock replacement is quoted per door.

Commercial work is priced per property rather than at the residential flat rate. We walk the doors with you or your maintenance lead, count the units, and send a written scope with per-door pricing before anything is scheduled. Multi-door and multi-building work is quoted as one package so you have a single number to take to ownership.

What we handle

Security issues we resolve.

  • Latch spins freely and never engages the keeper
  • Door has to be lifted or shoved before it will lock
  • Keyed exterior locks that no longer turn
  • Units taken out of service because the slider will not secure
  • Five different lock types across one building
  • Residents or guests reporting doors that feel unsecured

Securing units, and keeping them that way.

The mortise lock is buried inside the door stile where nobody sees it until it fails. When the internal mechanism gives out the handle keeps turning but the hook never extends, and the door is effectively unlocked while looking perfectly normal.

We replace the lock body and set the keeper in the frame, then check the panel alignment. That last part matters: a door sagging on worn rollers drops the hook below the strike, and a brand-new lock in a misaligned door still will not secure.

Across a property we try to standardize. Where door systems allow it, fitting the same lock and keeper everywhere means your team stocks one spare part instead of hunting a match every time a unit calls in.
